Over the last few months, Journeys Namibia informed you that effective April 30, 2025, the Hobatere Lodge will no longer be under their management based on a mutual agreement. We confirm that as of May 1, 2025, the Lodge is now fully self-managed by our dedicated, well-experienced in-house team under the strategic leadership of the Board of Directors.
This transition marks an exciting new chapter for us and the #Khoadi-//Hoas Conservancy, the owners of Hobatere Lodge. We are confident that it will allow us to offer an even more personal, seamless, and tailored experience, while continuing to deliver the same level of comfort, hospitality, and unforgettable wildlife adventures that Hobatere is known for.
Please be assured that:
- There will be no changes to existing bookings or the way reservations are handled.
- Rates for 2025 and 2026 remain unchanged, ensuring consistency for our partners and clients.
- Our core team remains the same, with many familiar faces you already know and trust.
